Several EU funding opportunities can be used to support county and local authorities to plan and implement locally-specific solutions for services development for children to fulfill their right to live in a family environment. Current calls for proposals target children as well who live in their families but may be at risk of separation or children who are currently protected in the child care system and are currently.
The purpose of the current consultancy is to ensure specific technical assistance for public county and local authorities aiming to access EU funding to ensure implementation of further steps in the deinstitutionalization process at local level, focusing on the transition from institutional care to community-based, family-like and child and family-support services.
